Jiayu International Trade City Youth Entrepreneurship Park Investment Promotion Policy

 

I. Entry Conditions:


1) Legally engage in business activities related to the internet and e-commerce.
2) The enterprise has independent legal person qualifications.
3) The entrepreneurial owner is a college graduate; registered unemployed personnel, returned rural migrant workers, and other urban and rural laborers, in principle, have participated in entrepreneurship training.
4) The enterprise is registered in the Youth Entrepreneurship Park (those already registered elsewhere can handle the change procedures), production and operation (self-operated), enterprise ownership, and self-profit and loss.
5) For projects in industries designated by the state as special industries, relevant approval certificates from the industry's competent authorities and relevant reports are required.
6) The business project conforms to national industrial and technological policies, has a certain degree of maturity and innovation, has a certain level of technology and market competitiveness, and does not include projects in industries restricted by the state.
7) Submit relevant information about the enterprise and individuals, and pass the review of "Jiayu International Trade City Youth Entrepreneurship Park".


II. Support for Entering the Entrepreneurship Park:


1) Property Service Center: Free provision of office space, water, and electricity (six months).
2) Network Service Center: Free provision of network installation and fault maintenance (one year).
3) Conference Room and Training Center: Regularly organize free e-commerce operation training courses, providing free venues and equipment for training to enterprises that have entered the park (one year).
4) Business Negotiation Center: Provides business negotiation rooms and negotiation guidance services.
5) Government Business Guidance Center: Provides timely and efficient consulting services for enterprise registration and related business matters concerning industry and commerce, taxation, policy support, and project application.
6) Logistics and Warehousing Center: Provides free warehouses for enterprises that have entered the park, and enjoys preferential logistics and express delivery prices and packaging services.
7) Graphic and Operation Center: Provides high-quality and cost-effective professional photography and agency operation services for online businesses.
8) Comprehensive Consultation and Reception Center: Provides comprehensive services such as market consultation, front desk reception, and business consultation for enterprises that have entered the park.
9) Talent Supply: Several e-commerce professionals and several computer professionals provide various full-time and part-time talents for enterprises and businesses that have entered the park.

 

III. Application Materials to be Submitted:


Those who meet the conditions for entering the Youth Entrepreneurship Park can apply according to the following procedures.
1) Enterprises submit a copy of the business license (only for enterprises, excluding individual sellers), 2 copies of the responsible person's ID card, 2 copies of the responsible person's education certificate, and 2 recent passport-sized photos of the legal representative.
2) Resume of the person in charge.
3) Business scope and characteristics.
4) Jiayu International Trade City Youth Entrepreneurship Park Entry Application Form.
5) Computer equipment application (a deposit of 2000 is required if computer equipment is needed).
